交易安全與免責聲明
1. 平台定位與免責
本平台僅提供住戶間刊登與交流二手物品之資訊平台，非交易契約之當事人。平台不對刊登物品之品質、安全性、合法性或賣方承諾負擔任何擔保責任，亦不介入或處理買賣雙方之交易糾紛。
2. 交易方式提醒
本平台僅提供面交交易服務。請勿使用預付匯款或寄送包裹等方式，並請事先約定面交時間與地點。
3. 面交安全與檢查
- 建議地點：為保障安全，請優先選擇社宅公共區域（如一樓大廳、警衛室旁等有監視器覆蓋之公開場所）進行面交。
- 行前確認：面交前，務必先再三確認商品狀態，以避免交易糾紛。
- 當場確認：請買賣雙方於面交時當場檢查商品狀況、數量及功能是否符合預期。
- 謹防詐騙：請務必當面銀貨兩訖，切勿於面交前先行匯款或轉帳，以免受騙。
- 聯絡方式：高價物品交易前，建議雙方先交換備用聯絡方式（如電話或通訊軟體）。
4. 禁止交易事項
請勿刊登違禁品、侵權物品或社宅附屬設施／公有家電。若經檢舉或發現違規，平台有權直接下架該刊登內容。
5. 面交安全守則
為保障您的交易安全，建議遵循以下守則：
（1）評估交易對象
- 查看評價與交易紀錄：確認對方評價，避免與無評價帳號交易。賣家可觀察普通與負面評價以了解對方處理態度；若為個人出清物品，可信度相對較高。
（2）選擇安全的交易時間與地點
- 人潮多的時段：儘量約在下班等平日人潮較多的時間。
- 明亮公開的場合：建議約在捷運站或超商內，安全性較高。
（3）金錢交易與防偽技巧
- 現場提款：買家不需攜帶大量現金赴約，降低被搶風險；賣家也能確保拿到從 ATM 提領的鈔票，避免假鈔。
- 利用超商數鈔機：若無法現場提領，可約在超商，拿到現金後請店員協助以數鈔機確認金額與真偽。
（4）事前確認與商品檢驗
- 事前確認規格：出發前再次確認商品規格，避免到場後因規格不符衍生爭議。
- 現場當面拆封檢查：由賣家親自將商品交給買家確認狀態，雙方確認無誤後再進行交易；未拆封商品若外包裝有標示規格，拆封前應再次確認。
- 索取／提供憑證：務必索取或附上購買發票與保固卡，確保後續維修與權益。
（5）個人隱私與防護
- 不透明袋子包裝：使用不透明袋子裝盛商品，避免路人或不肖人士一眼看出交易物品。
Transaction Safety & Disclaimer
1. Nature of the Platform
The Platform is only an information service for residents to list and exchange second-hand items, and is not a party to any transaction. The Platform makes no warranty as to the quality, safety, legality, or seller representations of listed items, and does not intervene in or handle disputes between buyers and sellers.
2. Transaction Method
The Platform supports in-person (meet-up) transactions only. Please do not use advance transfers or parcel delivery, and always arrange the meet-up time and place in advance.
3. Meet-up Safety & Inspection
- Recommended location: For safety, prefer social-housing public areas (e.g. the ground-floor lobby or near the security desk, and other open, camera-covered locations) for meet-ups.
- Confirm beforehand: Before meeting, be sure to double-check the item's condition to avoid disputes.
- Check on the spot: Both parties should inspect the item's condition, quantity, and functionality at the meet-up to confirm it meets expectations.
- Beware of fraud: Always complete payment and handover face-to-face. Never transfer money before the meet-up, to avoid being scammed.
- Contact details: For high-value items, we recommend exchanging a backup contact method (e.g. phone or messaging app) beforehand.
4. Prohibited Items
Do not list contraband, infringing items, or social-housing facilities / public appliances. Upon a report or discovery of a violation, the Platform may remove the listing directly.
5. Meet-up Safety Guidelines
For your safety, we recommend the following guidelines:
(1) Assess the Other Party
- Check ratings and history: Confirm the other party's ratings and avoid accounts with no reviews. Sellers can review neutral and negative feedback to gauge attitude; personal clear-out items are generally more trustworthy.
(2) Choose a Safe Time and Place
- Busy times: Prefer weekdays and busier periods such as after work.
- Bright, public places: Meeting inside an MRT station or a convenience store is safer.
(3) Payment and Anti-Counterfeit Tips
- Withdraw on site: Buyers need not carry large amounts of cash, reducing robbery risk; sellers are also assured of receiving genuine notes fresh from an ATM.
- Use a cash counter: If on-site withdrawal isn't possible, meet at a convenience store and ask staff to verify the amount and authenticity with a cash-counting machine.
(4) Prior Confirmation and Item Inspection
- Confirm specs in advance: Re-confirm the item's specifications before setting out, to avoid disputes over mismatched specs on arrival.
- Unbox and inspect in person: The seller should hand the item to the buyer to verify its condition, and complete the transaction only after both parties confirm; for sealed items, re-check the specifications printed on the packaging before opening.
- Request/provide documents: Be sure to obtain or provide the purchase invoice and warranty card to protect future repairs and rights.
(5) Privacy and Protection
- Use opaque bags: Carry items in opaque bags so passers-by or bad actors cannot immediately see what is being traded.
